EUROMAP, a renowned association of European plastics and rubber machinery manufacturers, has designed a new standardized energy efficiency label which can be used for extrusion blow moulding machines and injection moulding machines.
This energy efficiency label encapsulates the company’s initiative in providing technical recommendations that meet the current trends and key requirements in the plastics and rubber machinery industry. The label’s design includes a triangular figure, energy efficiency class number, machine manufacturer, designation, and used Euromap standard as well as used test cycle if requires more than one recommendation.
In the previous years, machinery makers use their own labels to illustrate energy efficiency classes, this inspired EUROMAP in creating a common neutral label. “The development of a common and neutral label will enable manufacturers to present the efficiency classes of their machines transparent and comparable for customers,” said Euromap.
The advent of this EUROMAP label introduced a smart solution for the rubber and plastic industry’s neglected challenges.
